Begin in your website dashboard
Create your account and select Connect Telegram. The website creates a short-lived link that opens our membership bot. Linking begins in the dashboard so we can associate the request with the account you actually signed in to.
Confirm the account in the bot
The bot asks you to confirm a partially masked email address. Confirm only if you initiated the request for your own account. This is not a request for your Telegram password or login code. When the connection succeeds, return to the dashboard and refresh it to see your linked status.
Why linking comes before checkout
The bot needs a private conversation with you before it can deliver your membership. Connecting first prevents an approved payment from being attached to an unreachable recipient. Each Telegram identity can be linked to one website account. Contact support if you need to change that relationship.
Recover access without exposing secrets
Once linked, you can request a password reset through the website or send /reset to the bot. The reset link expires and works once. Do not share it. If you never connected Telegram and forgot the website password, contact support for an identity-checked recovery process.
If the bot does not respond
Make sure you opened the bot named in your dashboard, pressed Start and have not blocked it. Generate a new link if the old one expired. After an approved payment, use /access to request delivery again. Your dashboard remains the reference for whether the order is pending, approved or rejected.
